Consideration and approval of wastewater rate adjustments necessary to adequately fund operating and loan debt service costs of the City’s Wastewater Fund. Rate adjustment covers a 3-year term beginning with billings issued on or after 2/1/11 with further adjustments following on 10/1/11 and 10/1/12. |
